VISIT TO BRITAIN
RUGBY TEAM INVITED SYDNEY, March 22. England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales want an Australian Rugby Union team to visit the United Kingdom in the 1947-48 season. An official invitation sent on their behalf by the secretary of the English union has been received by the New South Wales union. The Australian selectors are extending the inter-State programme this season, as they are anxious to see as many first-class games as possib'e before picking a team to tour New Zealand in Ausrust and SeDtomber.
