POLES CONDEMNED
ACTS OF TERRORISM WARSAW, March 21. Nine men who were stated to be members of the former Polish Home Army, the anti-German underground movement, acting under orders from the London Polish Government, have been sentenced to death for terrorism and 14 otiicrs, including a woman, sentenced to imprisonment. The charges included murdering members of the “Regular Polish Army” and also Red Army men and civilians. The accused will be allowed to appeal.
