NEW YORK, Dec. 16.

Lieutenant-General James Doolittle, leader of the American carrier plane raid on Tokio in 1942, is visiting Miami beach for a reunion with the fliers whose fast rendezvous was over Tokio to drop the first bombs on Japan’s capital.
