4,000,000 SETTLERS EASEMENT OF BAN PURCHASES OF LAND JERUSALEM, Oct, 8 A six months’ development plan to absorb 4,000,000 Jewish immigrants in Palestine without displacing the Arabs from the land, could be realised if the present restrictions against land purchase were lifted, said Dr. Abraham Granowsky. chairman of the Jewish National Fund. He added that the plan depended on permission to purchase 2,000,000 acres from the Arabs bringing the total Jewish-owned land to approximately 34 per cent of Palestine.
