DOMINION STATUS?
FUTURE OF CEYLON (11 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 9. The British Commission of Constitutional Reform which last year visited Ceylon recommended granting the island a constitution largely based on British lines, with a Parliament consisting of two Houses. The commission says the constitution will lead to Dominion status in due course.
