“PRODUCTION ARMY” j (10 a.m.) NEW YORK, Feb. B.' Believing that production is the key to victory and that the mobilisation of the nation’s man-power and the total utilisation of all industrial resources are essential to augment the nation’s fighting strength, 250 influential mem-, bers of the House of Representatives, according to the Tokio radio, have demanded that the Prime Minister, General Koiso, convene a special session of the Diet to create “a production army.”
