LONDON CONFERENCE UNOFFICIAL DEBATES (10 a.m.) LONDON. Feb. 7. The third conference on British Commonwealth relations is opening at the headquarters of the Royal Institute of International Affairs on February 17. The main task of the conference, which is unofficial but representative of various aspects of public life in Britain and the Dominions, will discuss the contribution the British Commonwealth will be able to make to the future security and the social and economic progress of the world, within the wider framework of an international order.
