GANGSTER REGIMES GERMANY AND JAPAN (9 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 7. The deputy Prime Minister, Major Attlee, who greeted the International Trade Union Conference on behalf ol Mr. Churchill, said: “We meet at a time when the sands are running oul for Hitler’s regime. These criminal gangsters now see the day of reckoning approaching when they will receive the punishment they so richly deserve. "Tn Asia, too. the other gangster nation, Japan, is feeling increasing apprehension as it loses one after another of its ill-gotten gains.”
