DR KUNG’S MISSION VISIT TO AMERICA (11 a.m.) WASHINGTON. Dec. 5. The Chinese News Service says that, according to the latest reports from Chungking, Dr. H. H. Kung retains the post of vice-president of the Executive Yuan. Dr. T. V. Soong has been appointed to take charge concurrently while Dr. Kung is on a mission in the United States.
