In a speech at Mantua on Tuesday last Signor Mussolini admitted that the present struggle was premediated by the Axis Powers, says the American United Press Rome correspondent. Signor Mussolini referred to it as a war which we wanted and began some years ago. “The array of forces is now complete with Rome, Berlin and Tokio on the one side and London, Washington and Moscow on the other for the clash between the two worlds.” declared II Duce.
