CoWles, V.D., hits retired from office, and at the annul meeting of the association on Saturday night it vi as announced that Colonel C. H. Weston, K.C., D. 5.0., had been elected president unopposed. Lieut.-Colonel Cowles was elected’ to the committee of the association. The Hon. W.
