Many organisations in the city and country have passed resolutions demanding the establishment of a National Government and a more vigorous war effort. The Victorian Premier, Mr. A. A. Dunstan who is visiting Sydney, declared that he would like to see national all-party Governments in all States •as well as the Commonwealth. Sub-branches of the Returned Soldiers’ League have passed resolutions urging the organisation of the whole resources of the country and of manpower, the internment of all enemy aliens, conscription without exemption for home defence and the in* troduction of a scheme for the protection of vulnerable pqints by members of the Returned Soldiers League
