PRICES SUBJECT TO TRIBUNAL CONTROL
WELLINGTON, This Day (P.A.). —There is yet no authority for / traders to raise the prices of goods subject to price control to cover the additional cost occasioned by the Arbitration Court’s interim wage order. An official of the Price Tribunal said last night that as the law at present stood goods subject to price control could not be raised in price to offset the wage increase, unless and until the authority of the tribunal was given.
