COMMUNISTS AND R.S. LEAGUE
SYDNEY, This Day (Rec. 10 a.m.).—The , Returned Servicemen’s League has the power’to ban Communists from membership, according to a decision given by Mr Justice Roper, who held that the Communists’ objects were subversive to the objects and 'rules of the league.
As a result of Mr Justice Roper’s ruling a new drive will be launched against all known Communists in the Returnee! Servicemen’s League, stated league members.
