BERLIN, August 19 (Rec. 9.30 a.m.).—Western Germany has signed a new trade agreement with the sterling area for the exchange of goods valued at more than £125,000,000 The agreement signed in Frankfurt yesterday, covers ’a period from July 1, 1949, to June 30, 1950.
