EIGHT MEN ABSENT FROM TANKER AT DUNEDIN
(P.A.) ' DUNEDIN, This Day. Eight British seamen from the tanker British Resolution, at present at Dunedin, have left the ship without leave. Warrants for their arrest have been issued and if the men have not been found by the time the British Resolution clears the harbour tomorrow they will be posted as deserters. The loss of the men will not delay the ship’s sailing.
