The funeral of Mr Percy William Hobbs took place at the Karoro cemetery on Sunday. The services, at Bellamy’s Chapel and at the graveside, conducted by the Rev. K, G. Aubrey.
The funeral of Mrs Maud Amelia Ferguson took place at the Karoro cemetery on Sunday afternoon, services at the residence of her daughter Mrs M. B. Chatteris, and at the graveside were conducted by the Rev. K. G. Aubrey.
The funeral of Mr Patrick John Fitzgerald, of Ikamatua, took place at the Ahaura cemetery yesterday afternoon. The services at St Munchin’s Church, Totara Flat, and at the graveside were conducted by the Rev. Father J. Quinn, assisted by the Rev. Father Fletcher, of Reefton.
The funeral of Mr James Willis took place yesterday at the Karoro cemetery. Requiem Mass ’ was celebrated at St Patrick’s church by the Rev. Father T. Farrell and the service at the graveside was conducted by the Rt Rev. Monsignor J. Long.
