ADVICE FOR GOVERNMENT ON PAPER INDUSTRY
(P.A.) AUCKLAND, This Day. To prepare a plan for a proposed pulp and paper mill at Murupara, 42 miles from ' Rotorua, a Pittsburgh civil engineer. Mr J. M. Kelly, and a colleague, Mr B. H. Hutchings, arrived by Skymaster from San Francisco today. They were met by the Auckland conservator of forests, Mr F. J. Perham. They are here in an advisory capacity and will report to the Government.
