TECHNICAL SCHOOLS PLAN FOR BAKERS
(P.A.) WELLINGTON, This Day. A proposal was made by the Commissioner of Arbitration! Mi H. C. McQueen) this morning that special technical schools be established foi baking and pastrycook apprentices. “Bakers today have to be masters of science,” said Mr McQueen. He said the union and the employers had agreed to the proposal and he (Mr McQueen) had been entrusted with the preparation of the syllabus.
