TURKISH FOREIGN MINISTER SEES MR BEVIN
(Rec. 10.55 a.m.) LONDON, March 12.
The Turkish Foreign Minister, Mr Sadak, who is in London on his way to the Marshall Plan conference opening in Paris on March 15, had a talk today with Mr Ernest Bevin at the Foreign Office.
It is stated that the “conversation provided an opportunity to reaffirm the close friendship between the two countries, which will continue to cooperate on the basis of the AngloTurkish alliance, of 1939, for the maintenance of good relations and world peace.”
