Dutch Freighter Safe
(Rec. 2.15 p.rh.) HONG KONG, Nov. 13. The Dutch freighter Alpherat, which signalled from the South China Sea yesterday that it was ( afire, arrived at Hong Kong today. Two holds were, flooded in controlling the fire. The vessel carried five passengers.
