SOVIET SILENCE ON ATOMIC BOMB REPORT
(Rec. 1 p.m.) MOSCOW, Nov. 13. Soviet official quarters have not denied or commented on the French newspaper report that the Soviet had exploded an atomic bomb. The press and radio have not mentioned the report. The only comment was from a Foreign Office official, who said: This is the first I have heard of it.
