A friendly women’s cricket match was played at Blackball on Saturday between Blackball and Greymouth Blackball defeating Greymouth by four runs. Scores:—Blackball, 63 (T. Smith 13, H. Mountford 13; I. Leach 8 for 16). Greymouth, 59 (I. Beach 17 retired, D. Currie 10; J. Ross 3 for 18,1 H. Mountford 3 .for 8)
