RUSSIAN WATCH ON REFUGEES FROM BALKANS
LONDON. October 13.
“Russian naval patrols along the Rumanian and Bulgarian coasts are reported to have cut off the flow of political refugees across the Black Sea to Turkey,” says the Istanbul correspondent of the Associated Press.
“Russian' naval craft are believed to have sunk at least two boats in which Rumanians were attempting to flee from their homeland.”
