JUGOSLAVS TO RELEASE THREE U.S. SOLDIERS

(Rec. 11 a.m.) BELGRADE, Sept. 26. Jugoslavia informed the United States Embassy that the three American soldiers arrested on September 22 in the Trieste region would be released today, and also made a formal apology for the incident. The soldiers were members of a border patrol in rugged country. Jugoslavs forced them at the gunpoint across the border and arrested them.
