Chief Justice Of India
Sir Harilal Jekisondas Kania has been appointed chief justice of India replacing Sir William Patrick Spens, who has been appointed chairman of the Arbitration Tribunal in India. This tribunal adjudicates on the division of the assets and liabilities of the present Government of India London, August 12.
