BURMESE AGREEMENT
ALLEGATIONS BY FORMER PREMIER, RANGOON, February 11. The former Burmese Premier, U. Saw, who was one of the delegates who refused to sign the AngloBurmese agreement in London, declared that the document was sprung on the delegates at No. 10 Downing Street and that the delegates headed by U. Aung San signed “unwillingly and with shaky hand.” U. Saw added that the British Prime Minister (Mr. Attlee) showed considerable impatience until the agreement was signed.
