NEW BRITISH LAW IN GERMANY (Rec. 11.5 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 11. The deputy Military Governor of the British zone in Germany, General Robertson, announced that the British authorities have promulgated a law forbidding the formation of cartels and ordering an investigation of all enterprises.employing more than 10,000 people. Reuter’s Berlin correspondent says the law closely follows the American ordinance prohibiting German participation in international and domestic cartels. The British law exempts public utilities and enterprises under the Military Government’s control, including I. G. Farben, Krupps and the coal, iron and steel industries which are already marked down tor nationalisation. __
