CHEMIST IN COURT
DEATH OF INFANT CAR PASSENGER CHARGE OF NEGLIGENCE (P.A.) ~LEVIN, Sept. 19. As a result of a car accident at Whirokino near Levin on August 22, Patrick Henry Golding, aged 41, chemist, of Wellington, was charged before Justices of the Peace yesterday with negligent driving causing the death of an infant, Jill Pamela Domes. The child was a passenger in Golding’s car which failed to negotiate a bend, ran off the road through a fence turned over on its side and threw the in I'ant out. Golding pleaded not guilty and was committed to the Supreme Court at Palmerston North for trial. Bai] of £2OO, with one security of £2OO, was allowed.
