Representative Matches on Saturday The West Coast senior A basketball representatives will play South Canterbury at Timaru on Saturday and the second grade representative team will travel to Christchurch to play a match against a Canterbury team. The third grade representatives will play a practice match against United A at the Grey Main No., 1 court, at 3.45 on Saturday, the referee being Mrs/Rodger. • Other matches arranged by the West Coast Basketball Association, which will be played at the Grey Main school on Saturday are as follows: — Court I.—Convent O.G. B v. Karoro A, 3 p.m. (Mrs. Rodger). Blakctown B v. Taylorville, 2.15 (Miss G. George). United B v. L.W.R. B, 1.30, (Miss I. Gilbert). Court II. —Blaketown A v. Nurses, 3 p.m. (Miss Lummis). G.T.H.S. B v. Runanga B, 2.15 (Miss Grogan). Convent O.G. C v. Dobson B, 1.30 (Miss Close). Convent HL—Karoro B, v. bl. Mary’s C, 3.0 (Miss Close). G.I.H.S. E v. G.T.H.S. F, 1.30 (Miss A. Caldwell).
