, . POLLING IN BRITISH ZONE (Rec. 10 a.m.) HAMBURG, Sept. 15. It is estimated that 90 per cent, of eligible voters polled in the small towns and villages throughout the British zone in the elections for borough and parish councils to replace the present nominated bodies. The results, which will be available tomorrow, will be the first measure of political opinion in this part of Germany. .. The town districts will be voting later.
