LABOUR FEDERATION TO DECIDE POLICY QUESTIQN_O£ BOYCOTT (P.A.) WELLINGTON, August 5. The wool which is consigned to Spain but which has pot yet. gone further than the Auckland wharf will be discussed by the executive of (he New Zealand Federation of Labour to-day, and the federation’s policy on the wool is expected to be announced. Replies from Britain to cables requesting British workers’ opinions on the matter do not favour the boycott.
