CANADIAN CHIEF OF STAFF
IN HOLLAND
(Rec. 11 a.m.) OTTAWA, April 19. Defence headquarters announced that Brigadier J. F. Lister, Chief of Staff of the Canadian forces in the Netherlands, is being held at Amsterdam by the military authorities as the result of the recent inquiry into the administration of the Canadian Army in north-west Europe.
