GERMAN INDUSTRIES.
LONDON, Oct. 29. Five German industrialists who appealed to the Nazis on behalf of several hundred big businessmen to show more understanding of German industry’s vital interests in the Volkssturm call-up have been arrested, says the “Daily Mail’s” Geneva corresoondent. They are charged with trying to sabotage war production and will be tried for treason. ‘ Munchener Nachrichten” says: '.'Any _attempt to oppose mass levy will be impacably suppressed. The traitors will died at the end of a rope.”
