Information about the American crew of the City of Flint is still being witheld by the German Government. Although the United States Embassy in Berlin asked three times a day up till yesterday for information it, has as yet received no satisfaction. Messages from Norway state that the vessel is now near the Lofoten Islands, about a third of the way down the Norwegian coast. PROGRESS OF VOYAGE. (Received November 3, 11.30 a.m.) BERGEN, November 2. The City of Flint, passed Maaloy, 100 miles north of Bergen, this morning, followed by two Norwegian destroyers. She is expected to pass Bergen to-night.
