Mackenzie.—Resolved to refuse application for a pastoral license and to oiler an occupation license. Section 634, Town of Reefton; area 12.3 perches. —Resolved to grant Mr. R. S. Wangamoa Survey District, area 1,088 acres. Alex D. Wishart. — Resolved to appoint Field Inspector Sutton as Board’s appraiser. Disbursement of Improvement Moneys, etc: Section 29, Block 11, Ngakawau Survey District, area 117 acres 3 roods 30 perches.—Resolved to pay over the moneys to the persons found to be entitled thereto and to classify as third-class land. It is proposed that the ordinary meetings of the Board be held during the year 1940 at the Lands Office, Nelson on the second Thursday in each month at 10 a.m. The Board also dealt with 31 items in committee.
