AWARDS ANNOUNCED. HOLLYWOOD, February 28. American screen Academy' awards have been announced as follows: — Best picture: “You Can’t, Take it With You” (Columbia). For the best director: Frank Capra for “You Can’t Take it With You.” Best male acting performance: Spencer Tracy' in “Boys’ Town” (M.G.M.). Best female acting performance: Bette Davis in “Jezebel” (Warners). Best original screen play: George Bernard Shaw for “Pygmalion" (Pas-cal-G.8.D.).
