(Recd. June 11, 2.20 p.m.). LONDON, June 10. Sons of toil may now row at Henley alongside 'Varsity oarsmen. The committee of the Amateur Rowing Association and the stewards of Henley Regatta agreed to eliminate from the definition of amateur oarsmen, the clause excluding mechanics, artisans and others engaged in manup.l labour, from January 1 1038, thus this year’s regatta will not be affected.
