SUCCESS EXPECTED
[BRITISH OFFICIAL WIRELESS.]
RUGBY July 22
The meeting of the Prime Ministers and Foreign Secretaries of Belgium, France and Britain will open to-mor-row morning at No. 10 Bowing Street. The British delegation will also include Lord Halifax.
The conference proceedings, it is anticipated, will not be prolonged, as a cordial agreement is known to exist between the three Governments as to the scope and purpose of the meeting, which is intended to clear the way for what, it is earnestly hoped in London, may prove a. more successful stage in (he negotiation of a general European settlement.
