SAMOA’S CHIEF JUDGE
MR. LUXFORD’S DEPARTURE. [PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.] WELLINGTON, August 8. Mr J. H. Luxford, S.M., who has been second Magistrate at Wellington for some months, leaves New Zealand next week to resume his former position as Chief Judge of Western SamoaApia, for Court sessions. Mr. Luxford was the Judge who sentenced Olaf Frederick Nelson, to imprisonment and exile on charges under the Samoa Seditious Organisations regulations.
