Morgan has increased the fines r.i first offenders found on licensed premises aftei hours. Previously he had imposed a fine of 5/-, but this morning three first offenders, the first to appear his statement, were each fined lt>/-> with costs. . A boy of 12, who appeared m the Children’s Court, this morning, was severely admonished, on a charge ot the theft of keys. A damaged undercarriage was sustained by Mr. H. T.
