RUGBY LEAGUE
RUNANGA CLUB MEETING. The annual meeting of the Runanga Rugby League Club was held yesterday, Mr J. Masters presiding over a good attendance. The election of officers resulted: Patron, R. McTaggart; President, J. Masters (pro tem); Auditor, T. Bowes; Club Captain, A. Harrison; Selectors: A. Harrlsbn (senior), L. Hunter (junior); Secretary, R. Wylde; Committee: L. Hunter, H. Stagg, W. Glynn, J. Winstanley, A. Harrison. Subscriptions were fixed at 2/6 for seniors and 1/- for juniors, the same as last year.
It was decided to endeavour to arrange a game at Barrytown for next Sunday.
