DALGLEISH SHIELD GAME. Greymouth and Westport golf teams played at Omoto during the week-end in a challenge match for the Dalgleish Shield, the Greymouth “A” and “B” teams winning .by 54 strokes and 44 strokes respectively. The scores were as follow:—

INTER-CLUB GAME. A match of 21 men a-side between Westport and Greymouth resulted in a win for Greymouth with a total of 2533 against Westpor.t’s 2744.' The A grade Bogey match resulted in a tie between McCarthy and Garde, one down. Thorpy won the B grade 4 down, and A. Warnes was runnerup, five down. LADIES’ MATCHES. The senior L.G.U. match was won by Miss N. Tennent. The best cards were: — Miss N. Tennent 92 —14 —78. Miss L. Reynolds 103—22—81. Mrs G. McKay 107—21—86. The junior medal, played in conjunction with the Eclectic was won by Miss C. Tennent. The best cards were: — Miss C. Tennent 80 —scr. —80. Mrs Revell 85 —3 —82. Miss Doogan 86 —3 —83.
