The Chelsea leaves New York on September 15. Byrd himself sails on October 10 from San Pedro. The expedition ships will all meet at Dunedin, where final supplies will be loaded.
Byrd himself is sailing aboard the City of New York., and is starting with the Chelsea for. the Antarctic.
