FEILDING J.C. MEETING. (Per Press Association.) FEILDING, November 30. The Feilding Jockey Club’s Spring Meeting opened to-day, the weather being dull but fine. Following months of wet weather, the track was very heavy and holding There was a large attendance and big fields. Results: Waituna Hurdles, 1 3-4 miles.— (7) Gauntlet 1, (1) Nukumai 2, (2) Cara-v/ock-3. Also ran—Koauau, Comedy Prince, Sottano, Little River, Bonecto, Matu, Sir Pam and Roman. Won by two lengths;, a. similar distance between second and third. Time 3.21 1-5. Aorangi Trial Plate, 6 furlongs.— (2) General .Wai 1, (4) Milto 2, (14) Kalos 3. Scr.—Rapiti, Bissac, Skypoint, Strive, Lady Estelle, Otauru and Eclipse. Won by a neck; two lengths. Time 1.2. Feilding Cup, U miles. — (5) Diogenes 1, (9) Merry Day 2, (7) Kilfaire 3. Scr. —Civility, Peneus, Penman, Road Hog and Othon. Won by two lengths; a length. Time 2.14.
