ODDFELLOWSHIP.
LOYAL GREYMOUTH LODGE. The half yearly meeting of the Loyal Gioymouth Lodge was held at the Oddfellows Hall, Hospital street, a record number beiiig present. z The principal business of the evening \wh the installation of the .officers, performed by Grand Master Bro. Taylor in a most impressive manner. The officers installed were:—G.M. Bro W. Ctinliffe KG. Bro. J. R. Smith, V.G. Bro. R. Jelbe, E.S. Bro. Lawn, I.G. Bro A. E Lc"--gert. ° All the newly elected officers thanked th- Lodge for their appointments. B.G. Bro. P. 0. Heaphy was elected auditor. The retiring G.M., Bro. Taylor, and Warden, Bro. J. Devery, were complimented on the interest displayed in furthering the Lodge during their term of office, and a vote of thanks was recorded iii the minutes. The Social Committee reported that arrangements for the annual ball on the 29th instant were well forward, and it is anticipated this year's function should eclipse the previous anniversarys held bv the Lodge. One new memberfwas initiated and four others proposed for membership. After the Lodge ; closed refreshments were handed round, and a pleasant hour spent in harmony.
