SNOW IN ENGLAND
RELIEF TO WATER SHORTAGE (Aust and N.Z. Cable' Rugby, February 28 Heavy snowfalls occurred last night and during yesterday over south-east Wales and the northern half of England and was greatly welcomed as a relief to the water shortage. This morning snow fell for an hour in London, the most experienced in the capital this year, and in other parts of the south.
