He stated Urn# h 0 would immediately begin a conference with engineers and techjiieans relative to his proposed Arctic submarine expedition from Spitz bergen to Alaska. . The expense oi the undertaking as well as the diffi cliltics of preparation were giving him most concern, but he beleived the necessary arrangements would be made.
