A terrific storm in the North \\ aggi district washed away portions of Rip -MelbourneV-Sjydney railway line and flooded farm lands oye,. a wide area to a depth in some places of si:; feel. ' Nearly two inches of rain fell in an hour. Much damage was done to fences.
