CLOSER SETTLEMENT
SCHEME IN N.S.AV. (By Electric TolegTaph Copyright.; (Aust and N.7>. Cable Association.) Sydney, May 16. Under the new Government’s land policy and settlement, development scheme, owners of privates estates capable of providing increased settlement, are asked voluntarily to submit proposals for sub-clivision and closer settlement. In the event ot the Government failing to receive a satisfactory response, compulsory action is contemplated.
